Meeting Marc Smollin and Julie Edwards was a blast and a kind of an odd getting together. They came to Southern Italy from California, funnily finding the locations I chose like a Californian desert. We shot for two days under extreme heat, having fun and chasing fires raging everywhere that day, with Marc almost getting burned by the flames.
